This notice covers the demo, pricing and purchase enquiry forms on this website. It does not cover patient data or use of the FlowMedIQ analyzer applications.
Information collected
The form collects your name, work email, clinic or organization, country, product interest and any message you choose to provide. It also records the time of your request, your consent and an enquiry reference.
How your details are used
Your enquiry is stored for review and follow-up about FaceDecode demonstrations, pricing, device configuration or a partnership you request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter.
What to include
Please provide business contact details only. Do not include patient names, images, health records or other sensitive medical information in this form.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database for the site operator to review. They are not displayed publicly. The website and storage infrastructure process this information to operate the enquiry service.
Payment processing
When online checkout is available, selecting a payment provider takes you to its hosted payment page. Payment, billing and delivery information entered there is handled by that provider and the seller under their applicable terms. This website does not collect or store card numbers. A purchase enquiry is not an order or a payment.
Questions or withdrawal
You can use the enquiry form to request a correction, removal of an earlier enquiry or withdrawal of permission to contact you. Include the original enquiry reference where possible. A request to remove data will need to be reviewed by the site operator.
